We are seeking a Network Response Associate to support equipment sourcing, configuration, installation, and field activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication with vendors, customers, and field technicians. ?? Coordinate equipment sourcing, kitting, and installation with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
?? Oversee onsite and offsite project timelines, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
?? Review and report on work quality, providing feedback to drive improvements.
?? Generate basic reports and summaries to support communication and process enhancements.
?? Schedule, manage, and track field activities, including site surveys, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
?? Provide remote customer support via phone, email, live chat, and remote desktop tools.
?? Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and operational documentation.
?? Balance incoming requests while managing ongoing projects efficiently.
?? Collaborate with leadership on internal initiatives and process improvements.
?? Train coworkers on technology, customer service, and technician management best practices.
?? Assist with fulfillment and project coordination tasks in the warehouse.
?? Occasional travel and onsite visits may be required.
? 1-2 years of experience preferred
?? Experience in cabling installation is highly valued.
?? Prior help desk or call center experience is a plus.
?? Proficiency with Google Docs, Excel, spreadsheets, and email.
?? Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
?? Problem-solving mindset with proactive thinking.
?? Assigned to either an 8-hour or 12-hour shift based on project needs.
?? Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, but flexibility is required for overnight shifts depending on project requirements.
?? 100% onsite position-remote work is not available.
?? Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
?? Work is primarily in a warehouse setting with occasional time spent in a server room.
?? Noise levels are generally moderate but may increase in certain areas.
